Avison Young

Racquel Davey has joined Avison Young as a project manager. She will focus on owner representation and managing project teams from initial workplace strategy to project closeout throughout Boston and the greater New England region. Davey brings six years of commercial real estate industry experience to Avison Young. Prior to joining Avison Young, she held project manager and architectural designer positions at Icon Architecture in Boston.

 

BankGloucester

James Greely IV and Julie LaFontaine have joined the board of directors of BankGloucester. Greely is the owner and president of Greely Funeral Home. LaFontaine is the executive director of the Open Door Food Pantry.

 

BayCoast Bank

Julie Ramos Gagliardi has been promoted to vice president of corporate giving and community relations at BayCoast Bank. In this role, she oversees the bank’s corporate giving program and various financial literacy and education initiatives including Job Shadow Days, Credit for Life Fairs and Chamber of Commerce Education Committee programs and projects. Gagliardi also represents the bank in a variety of civic engagements, strategic community partnerships and public relations activities. Prior to her promotion, Gagliardi was corporate giving and community relations program administrator.

 

BayCoast Mortgage Co.

BayCoast Mortgage Co., formerly known as NFC Mortgage, announced the promotion of Nicholas L. Christ to the position of first vice president and producing branch manager. Christ, who joined BayCoast Mortgage in the summer of 2015, has extensive knowledge of mortgage products. The company also hired Nicholas A. Brownell to the position of loan officer. In this role, he will work with BayCoast clients and help them find the best mortgage product that will fit their needs. Brownell began his career with Embrace Home Loans as a loan officer.

 

Belmont Savings Bank

Heather Rielly has joined Belmont Savings Bank’s business banking relationship management team as vice president and business banking relationship manager, serving markets in Greater Boston. Rielly brings eight years of experience in nonprofit, law firm, property management and commercial real estate banking to her new position. Prior to joining Belmont Savings Bank, she held the position of relationship manager at TD Bank. In her new capacity, Rielly will be responsible for working with the bank’s business customers on a range of financial services and products.

 

Blue Hills Bank

Blue Hills Bank has hired Robert Landstein as senior vice president and chief technology officer to manage and oversee the bank’s IT operations. With nearly 20 years in the financial services industry, Landstein comes to Blue Hills Bank with a wealth of experience in various technology roles and a track record for developing visionary solutions to complex business and technical challenges. Most recently, Landstein served as executive vice president and chief information officer for Radius Bank, where he was responsible for technology and cyber risk. The bank also announced Carey Flynn has joined the team as a loan officer for its mortgage office in Cambridge. Flynn has been working in the mortgage industry for more than a decade, specializing in working with clients from the start of the pre-approval process, finding a home and the right financing options. Most recently, Flynn was a senior loan officer with Mortgage Master/Loan Depot.

Rob Brierley was recently elected first chair of Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International. Brierley is managing director of real estate management services and executive vice president of Colliers International, Boston.

 

Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank

Jason R. Lilly has joined Cape Cod Five Cents Savings Bank as vice president and managing director of wealth management services. He brings over two decades of investment and wealth management experience, including institutional investment management, comprehensive financial planning and high net worth wealth advisory.

 

Columbia Construction Co.

Five new hires have joined Columbia Construction Co..:Traci Jaroszewicz brings hands-on experience as a scheduling manager; Morgan Gardner works as an estimator; Mark Mecagni joins Columbia’s interiors division as a superintendent; Jesse O’Neil also joins Columbia’s interiors division as an assistant superintendent; and Paul Riley joins the accounting team as a project accountant.

Adrianne Hanley has joined Jack Conway’s Cityside – Seaport office. She will continue to service her South Shore listings from Conway’s Norwell headquarters.

 

Hancock Assoc.

Hancock Assoc., a provider of land surveying, civil engineering and wetland science services, announced the hiring of Philip Pattison as senior project manager in the firm’s land surveying department. Pattison has over 30 years of experience in land surveying with projects ranging from existing conditions/topography, construction, land boundary, ALTA/NSPS Land Title and highway surveys to research of public land title and utility records. Prior to joining Hancock Assoc., he was a survey manager, survey technician, survey technician/party chief and project engineer/surveyor at several prominent firms.

 

Polish National Credit Union

Sarah Jordan has joined Polish National Credit Union (PNCU) as a marketing specialist. In her new position, Jordan’s responsibilities include internal and external communications, marketing and public relations campaigns, community relations and website management. She comes to PNCU from Westfield Bank/Chicopee Savings Bank, where she worked as marketing coordinator.

 

Rollstone Bank & Trust

Rollstone Bank & Trust (RBT) announced promotions in several areas of the bank:

  • Christine Mercauto is now assistant vice president of loan servicing. She joined the bank in 2008 and moved quickly up the ranks in the branch network before being named loan servicing officer in 2015.
  • Melanie Sauvageau is now assistant vice president and branch manager, working at the Parkhill office on Electric Avenue in Fitchburg. She started with RBT at the Leominster branches, and has been in Fitchburg for over two years. Sauvageau joined RBT in 2014 with retail, sales and banking experience.
  • Marcio Cirino was promoted to retail lending officer. He began with RBT as a teller in 2011, and moved to the lending division in 2014.
  • Nicole Kalloch is the bank’s newest commercial loan officer, and will focus on lending to small businesses. She has held a variety of roles since joining the bank in 2012, including teller, administrative assistant and collector.
  • RBT also promoted: Vanessa Foote, assistant manager of loan servicing; Stephanie Kelly, retail assistant manager; Amy Doyle, head teller; and Tiffany McKenna, head teller.

Katherine F. Shoss has joined The Bulfinch Cos. as vice president and director of marketing. In her new role, she is responsible for strengthening awareness of the Bulfinch brand and its portfolio of properties within Greater Boston through the strategic implementation of traditional and digital channels for brand engagement and visibility.

Tighe & Bond, a Northeast provider of engineering and environmental services, announced that Ian Mead has joined the firm as a senior project manager in its Worcester office. Mead has 20 years of broad engineering experience including sewer and water system design, pressure pipe condition assessment and rehabilitation, as well as urban project management. He has helped public and private clients in eastern Massachusetts, Rhode Island and throughout New England solve a multitude of engineering challenges.
