East Cambridge Savings Bank

East Cambridge Savings Bank appointed Laura J. Berg as vice president and community outreach officer. Berg joined East Cambridge Savings Bank in 2013 as vice president and lending operations officer. She played a key role in the oversight of loan processing, operations and lending compliance functions relating to the bank’s extensive residential and consumer loan portfolio. Berg will connect with communities served by East Cambridge Savings Bank to find innovative ways for the bank to support economic development and neighborhood revitalization in low and moderate income neighborhoods. Additionally, she will identify new opportunities for educational and financial literacy programs in the bank’s 15 Community Reinvestment Act communities.

 

Grossman Development Group

Jeremy Grossman has joined Grossman Development Group (GDG) as senior vice president and principal. With over 20 years of experience in urban and suburban retail and mixed-use master planning, leasing and development of commercial real estate, Grossman will oversee the leasing activity for GDG and assist in all development capacities. Prior to joining GDG, Grossman was a partner at CBRE-New England, specializing in both agency and retail/restaurant representation of high-profile clients throughout the country.

 

MutualOne Bank

Howard T. Carney Jr. has joined MutualOne Bank as cash management specialist. Carney will work with customers to integrate the bank’s cash management solutions and inform customers of new solutions as they become available. Prior to joining MutualOne Bank, he was a branch manager at Commerce Bank.

 

Peabody Properties Inc.

Peabody Properties Inc. announced that Jacquelyn B. Larivee, resident services manager, was recently recognized by New England Resident Service Coordinators Inc. and was presented its “Excellence in Service” award. The “Excellence in Service” award celebrates the dedication of a New England resident services professional to their community and the residents in which they serve. Additionally, Larivee was recently named “Resident Services Manager of the Year” by Peabody Properties.

 

William Raveis Real Estate

Aisling Farrington Eisner has joined William Raveis Real Estate in Duxbury as a sales associate. Eisner has over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the financial industry. Her areas of expertise include creative marketing and project management. She was also a corporate event planner responsible for the creation, execution and management of corporate events in venues worldwide. The company also announced the addition of Sharon Fearey as a sales associate. Fearey has been practicing law in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire since 1993, and was named a Top 10 Lawyer in Massachusetts. Her background includes representing clients in the purchase and sale of residential properties, appearances before zoning and appeals boards and representation before various housing courts and Land Court.
