The Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod

The Hyannis-based Cooperative Bank of Cape Cod announced it had hired Erik Atkinson and Joshua Regan as assistant vice presidents and managers of its Falmouth and North Falmouth branches, in Atkinson’s case, and the Yarmouth Port branches in Regan’s case. In addition, it said it had promoted former Falmouth and North Falmouth branch manager Sarah Swift to the newly created role of retail administration manager, where she will be responsible for creating cross-functional teams and finding efficiencies in the bank’s nine-branch retail banking business.

Country Bank

Ware-based Country Bank said it had hired Brunilda Demiri as its new first vice president and director of internal audit. She was previously a lead auditor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston.

Davis Malm

Boston law firm Davis Malm announced that Anthony T. Panebianco has joined the firm as a shareholder, working in its business, real estate, environmental and employment litigation practice areas.

Jack Conway

Hanover-based residential brokerage Jack Conway announced that team leader Robbie Lindo and his Lindo Realty Group have reaffiliated with the company. Lindo worked at Jack Conway for more than a decade as a top salesperson and eventually as a manager, the brokerage said, before leaving to start his own company in 2016.

Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union

Lowell-based Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union announced it has hired Denise Gallant as vice president and controller and promoted Corinne Badenhoff to learning and development officer after several years as its senior corporate trainer.

Marcus Partners

Boston real estate investment and development firm Marcus Partners announced it had hired Gwen Leurini as a principal, chief financial officer and chief compliance officer. Leurini joined Marcus Partners after 17 years with Boston-based AEW Capital Management, where she was most recently senior vice president and head of fund operations.

Rockland Trust Co.

Hanover-based Rockland Trust announced it has hired Lee C. Powlus as its new chief technology and operations officer. He previously held a similar role at People’s United Bank before its acquisition by M&T Bank in 2021.

South Shore Bank 

Weymouth-based South Shore Bank said it has hired Karen Dayton as its new government banking relationship manager, charged with building out a new line of business for the bank serving government entities.
