Former Boston Celtics all-star Rajon Rondo has put his house in Lincoln up on the market, set at $1.99 million.
The house, at 9 Fridolin Hill, is just 12 years old, and features more than 6,500 square feet of space, complete with five bedrooms, five full bathrooms and two half bathrooms.
“When I first toured this home seven years ago, I immediately knew this property had to be mine,” Rondo, who purchased the property in 2008, said in a statement. “It is an extraordinary property, and my family and I absolutely loved living there. We especially appreciated being part of the Lincoln community, which was always welcoming and warm to us. This was a very lucky house for me, and I have nothing but fond memories of my time here.”
The property is represented by Rosemary McCready of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage of New England.
