A Medford-based life science company is relocating to new lab, office and vivarium space at Cummings Properties’ 12 Cabot Road in Woburn.

Absorption Systems leased 24,000 square feet in the complex near the junction of interstates 93 and 95.

Cummings Properties is building out the customized facility which will provide Absorption Systems with expanded space to offer preclinical research and testing services for regulatory agencies and pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device companies.

Cresa’s John Coakley, Paul Delaney and Simon Terry-Lloyd represented Absorption Systems in its lease negotiations with Cummings Properties’ Steve Cusano.
