The developer of a Revere Beach development site that’s been on the market since early 2022 has updated the plans to include a rooftop restaurant.

The parcel at 459-463 Revere Beach Parkway is approved for a 59-unit apartment building, including a stacking parking system for 90 vehicles.

The current owner, Saugus-based KQ & Sons LLC, originally received approval for the 10-story building in 2021 and listed the development site for sale for $6.5 million.

Under a recently-approved site plan change, the designs were updated to include a top-floor restaurant, according to listing agent Jodi DiLorenzo of Century 21 North East in Revere. The asking price is $8 million.

The 0.6-acre site includes four parcels, including three residential buildings.

The 77,000-square-foot apartment building would include 55 one-bedroom units and three penthouses, according to application materials approved by the Revere Planning Board.
