Boston-based Rhino Capital Advisors acquired a fully leased industrial property in Ashland for $28.9 million.
The 400 Main St. property is occupied by fire suppression system manufacturer Kidde-Fenwal. The seller was Pout Rock and Cold Spring Brook LLC.
The 18-acre site includes two buildings that contain manufacturing, warehouse and back office operations. It has 5,000-amp power capacity and 10 loading docks.
JLL Managing Directors Michael Restivo, Bob McGuire and Sam Crossan, along with Directors David Coffman and Tommy Hovey, represented the sellers.
