A partnership of Wheelock Street Capital and The Seyon Group has made its 27th acquisition of industrial real estate, paying $30.1 million for a Peabody warehouse.

The two developers acquired 3 Technology Drive, a 159,600-square-foot warehouse that’s 100 percent leased to three tenants in Centennial Park.

Built in 2004, the facility is located on 12.9 acres and includes 30-foot ceiling heights, 22 loading docks, 40-by-40-foot column spacing and 310 parking spaces.

The seller was SKJ Realty LP of Topsfield, according to Essex County Registry of Deeds records. SKJ paid $12.8 million for the property in 2005, according to records compiled by The Warren Group, publisher of Banker & Tradesman.

The transaction brings the Seyon-Wheelock partnership’s portfolio of industrial real estate to over 3 million square feet at 27 properties.

Colliers International’s Frank Petz, John Nasca and Greg Klemmer represented the buyer.
