REZ-1, a software and business services company for the transportation industry, recently leased 22,544 square feet of space at the Wellesley Office Park.

The space, at 100 William St., is owned by Equity Office Properties. The company plans to move to its new location from Newton in September.

While Equity Office Properties, was represented in-house by Vicki Keenan as well as Rob Walles and Matt Siciliano of CB Richard Ellis, Inc.

The property is part of the eight-building Wellesley Office Park located at the junction of Routes 9 and 128 (I-95).

REZ-1 chose the property because of the many amenities offered as well as its location just minutes from the Massachusetts Turnpike, according to GVA Thompson.
