An office building near South Boston’s Andrew Square Red Line MBTA stop has sold for $33.5 million by Boston-based Oakdell LLC.

The property features a 3-story, 115,650-square-foot office brick building constructed in 1899. The recently renovated building has been redesigned for use as flexible office space.
