A 10-year-old life science company founded by Northeastern University researchers is building out a new lab facility at 3 Gill St. in Woburn.

Quad Technologies will relocate from the North Shore InnoVentures incubator at Cummings Center in Beverly to 3 Gill St. in Woburn, another Cummings property, after leasing 3,850 square feet.

The company develops technology used for stem cell harvesting.

Cummings Properties’s Marc Knittle represented the Woburn-based developer in the lease negotiation with Quad Technologies, represented by Newmark’s Hank Amabile. The space will include offices, a conference room and biosafety level 2 research space, Cummings Properties said.
