A suburban office-to-lab conversion inked its seventh tenant to date with a 42,000-square-foot lease to a Cambridge-based biotech.

SalioGen Therapeutics raised $115 million in series B venture capital funding in 2022. The firm will relocate its entire team to Lexington in early 2024, Revolution Labs developers announced.

Boston-based Greatland Realty Partners and Singerman Real Estate of Chicago are converting the 10 Maguire Road office park in Lexington into 300,000 square feet of lab, R&D and office space.

SalioGen will relocate its team in early 2024, developers announced.

To date, companies have leased 130,000 square feet at the property. Previous leases were signed by Braskem USA, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Nikon Instruments, Olix Pharmaceuticals, Fapon Life Sciences and Daré Bioscience.

The project’s amenities package includes the Revolution Hall restaurant and beer hall and Craft Food Hall.

JLL represented ownership in the latest lease transaction, while Cushman & Wakefield represented Saliogen.
