New Horizon Communications has acquired 200 Baker Ave. in Concord from Concord Office Realty Trust for $4.35 million and will relocate its headquarters from 420 Bedford St. in Lexington.

The 3-story, 52,000-square-foot office building is located off Route 2 within walking distance to retail establishments and the West Concord station on the MBTA commuter rail.

New Horizon Communications provides voice, data, Internet and hosted VoIP services for more than 4,000 businesses. The move is designed to accommodate the company’s future growth, CFO Doug Fabbricatore said in a statement.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Duncan Gratton and Kate Lien represented Concord Office Realty Trust. Avison Young’s Jack Kerrigan and Mark Coelho represented New Horizon Communications.
