Presales have begun at a 212-unit condominium development at the site of a former Canton copper foundry, where Paul Revere fabricated the original panels for the Massachusetts State House dome.
The Copperworks Condominiums has already sold out the first 36-unit building and is now marketing units in a second 3-story building, with occupancy scheduled for December, Thorndike Development said.
Amenities include a roof deck, clubhouse, swimming pool and restaurant operated by the team behind Loyal 9 in Cambridge.
The property currently lists one-bedroom units from $399,000.
Eastern Bank provided $11 million in construction financing.
Natick-based Thorndike Development, a recipient of the Greater Boston Association of Homebuilders’ Builder of the Year award, has completed more than 2,000 homes in Greater Boston.
