Transwestern | RBJ today has been hired by Fairlane Properties Inc. to provide leasing services for 159 Swanson Road in Boxborough.

Partners James Lipscomb and Paul Leone and Associate Kirk Weller will lease the
102,275-square-foot project.

“The building is located along Massachusetts’ high-tech corridor and provides an excellent opportunity for companies in need of a turnkey manufacturing facility,” Lipscomb said in a statement. “We’re excited about the opportunity this building presents to users in the marketplace, given the excellent infrastructure and the strong demand within the high-tech manufacturing community over the past several years.”

Located at the intersection of Interstate 495 and Route 111, 159 Swanson Road is part of a two-building, master-planned campus situated on 26 wooded acres. The two-story, high-tech manufacturing and flex facility has been occupied by a manufacturing and research and development company for 20 years.

Cambridge-based Fairlane Properties was founded in 1997 by Michael Grill and has purchased approximately 1 million square feet of commercial real estate in Greater Boston.
