Two tenants have signed leases totaling 13,402 square feet at 90 Canal St. in Boston’s North Station neighborhood.

UP Education expanded its lease to 8,359 square feet at the property. Boston Cares has leased 5,043 square feet and will relocate to the building.

“Up Education and Boston Cares are tremendous nonprofit organizations making a big difference in our community. Ownership is excited to be part of the growth and success of both organizations,” Henry Lewis, CEO of Vantage Deluxe World Travel and Principal of 90 Canal St. LLC, said in statement.

90 Canal Street is a 78,000-square-foot office building located in North Station’s Bulfinch Triangle. The building is the world headquarters of Vantage Deluxe World Travel.
