Two tenants have leased 16,264 square feet of office space at 2 Willow St. in Southborough.
Fitts Insurance signed a lease for 6,264 square feet and Thermoflow, a developer of thermal engineering software, leased 10,000 square feet.
Garry Holmes and Jim Bartholomew of R.W. Holmes Realty were the sole brokers in the transactions.
