Following a $14 million modernization and rebranding project by The Davis Cos., Cushman & Wakefield will market 130,000 square feet of space at a Waltham office property.

Cityside, the 300,000-square-foot complex at 1025-1075 Main St., was acquired by Davis Cos. in 2015 for $52.5 million. Recent improvements include a central amenity hub including a 2-story fitness center, restaurant and outdoor patio.

The new name reflects its proximity to the downtown’s restaurants and retail properties in contrast to the more isolated office parks in the western side of the city.

“Today’s experience is less about serene settings and more about street lights, sidewalks, and authentic connections to vibrant communities,” Patrick Kimble, associate asset manager at The Davis Cos., said in a statement.

Vice Chairman John Boyle leads the Cushman & Wakefield leasing team on the assignment. TMP Worldwide and Massachusetts Life Sciences Center recently leased 20,000 square feet at the property.
