Vantage Builders has been hired by Accion to renovate its new corporate headquarters in Cambridge. 

The 19,000 square foot project at 10 Fawcett St. entails a complete gut and renovation of portions of the second and third floors of the building. New mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems will be installed and a connecting stairwell is being created. The final office space will include custom millwork, new paint and carpeting, upgraded flooring and modern finishes throughout.

Accion, a global nonprofit that brings financial services to the underserved, is currently located in Charlestown. Work on the new office is expected to be complete by the end of November.
