If you’ve ever wanted to step through the frame of listing photographs of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady’s house, now’s your chance.

Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty Realtor Beth Dickerson has released a video tour of her listing at 112 Woodland Road in Brookline, adjacent to The Country Club.

The 12,112-square-foot home is listed at $33 million following a mid-fall $5.6 million price reduction. The home has been on the market for 207 days now, long before Brady’s performance on the field in the 2019-2020 football season raised questions about his future with the Patriots when he becomes a free agent this year.

The tour opens with aerial shots of the property before stepping through its generous front door and into a series of slow pans around its many public and private rooms. Viewers get intimate looks at the family’s Joan Behnke & Assoc.-designed entertaining spaces, barn-inspired guesthouse (complete with sleeping loft), wine cellar and private spaces, including Brady’s home gym and spa.

Photos of some parts of the house had been previously released, but this is the first time potential buyers have been able to get a sense of what the grand property might be like to visit.
