Vita has already pre-sold 30 percent of their new condo development in Jamaica Plain. The 82 pre-construction homes are located between 527-acre Franklin Park and 281-acre Arnold Arboretum.  

Co-developers Back Bay Development Group and SSG Development say the sales are moving so quickly because their condos have amenities, green space and parking that other JP condo developments don’t have. The development will have an on-site Planet Fitness, electric car charging and a community roof deck.  

Construction will be completed in a year, Vita said in a statement
