Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England’s sales associates Debi Benoit, Bryce Hamilton and Brigitte Senkler have ranked among the top real estate professionals in the country based on sales in 2008.
Benoit and Senkler placed among the top 100 sales associates for sales volume and Hamilton ranked among the top 100 sales associates for transaction sides, according to The Wall Street Journal/LORE magazine’s Top 400 Real Estate Professionals, a prestigious national awards ranking.

Benoit, a top producing sales associate in the company’s Wellesley office, has been ranked number one in Wellesley since 2006. She has also consistently ranked among Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage’s Top 50 sales associates in the Bay State, ranking number two in 2008. Last year, she was recognized with the Coldwell Banker International President’s Premier award, an honor granted to less than one percent of approximately 105,000 sales associates worldwide in the Coldwell Banker system, according to a Coldwell Banker statement.

Senkler, based in Concord, has more than 30 years experience as a licensed real estate broker and has consistently ranked as the number one sales associate for Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in New England. In 2009, she was recognized with the International Society of Excellence award, an honor granted to less than 1 percent of the 105,000 Coldwell Banker sales associates worldwide.
