| Washington Trust recently provided financing to a Massachusetts hotel management group for the acquisition and capital improvements of a former hotel in Plymouth.
The former 175-room Radisson Plymouth at 180 Water St. will now be named Hotel 1620 at Plymouth Harbor. Plymouth Downtown BVL Investment Group LLC and Plymouth Downtown Operating Group LLC – affiliates of Hanover-based Linchris Hotel Corp. – will upgrade the lobby, rooms, meeting spaces and exterior.
