Lisa Weil, vice president of industry solutions at ProcessUnity Inc., has been named to the SPARK Institute’s board of directors in Washington, D.C.

Weil’s responsibilities will include serving on the Government Relations Committee and key task forces focused on business issues facing the retirement industry and attending Institute meetings with regulators, legislators and other industry trade groups.

The SPARK Institute is a retirement industry advocacy group. It represents the interests of retirement plan industry institutions, including record keepers, mutual fund companies, brokerage firms, insurance companies, banks, third party administrators, consultants, trade clearing firms and investment managers.

Weil has more than 20 years of experience in the technology, financial services, retirement and human resource benefits outsourcing industries.
