A 133,000-square-foot retail center on Main Street in West Bridgewater has sold for $3.4 million.

West Bridgewater Plaza was purchased by the owner and operator of FunZ, an indoor entertainment company. FunZ intends to open in the former Shaw’s space at the center.

“FunZ (Funcity) is rapidly expanding throughout the Northeast. Current plans are to expand the chain to over 100 locations over the next five years,” Burlington-based KeyPoint Partners Vice President of Leasing Don Mace, who represented the buyer in the transaction, said in a statement. “Our client prefers acquisition but also considers leasing vacant boxes of 30,000 to 55,000 square feet. We have several other transactions pending, and are aggressively seeking sites outside the New England territory. All submitted sites will be considered.”
