WiTricity Corp. has leased 32,790 square feet at 51-57 Water St. in Watertown and will relocate its corporate headquarters from Grove Street following a renovation project.

NAI Hunneman’s Evan Gallagher and Ben Sutton represented landlord Boston Development Group. Transwestern RBJ represented the WiTricity, which makes wireless charging components and software.

WiTricity will become the anchor tenant of the property, which features modern, lab-capable office space with recent window upgrades.

“Watertown is widely considered one of the up-and-coming hot markets in Greater Boston and this transaction further solidifies that,” Gallagher said in a statement.
