Leominster-based Green Leaf Construction has completed a renovation project for the Christopher House of Worcester, a 150-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing center in the city’s Belmont Hill neighborhood.

The project included an expanded nurses’ station, new open-concept lounge and dining areas, upgrades to the occupational therapy area and a new kitchenette. Construction was phased to allow the rehabilitation and skilled nursing center to remain open throughout the project.
