The parent organization of seven YMCAs north of Boston will relocate its administrative offices in April to 200 Cummings Center in Beverly.

The YMCA of the North Shore leased 12,254 square feet and is moving from 245 Cabot St. to the property within Cummings Center, the North Shore’s largest office park which contains more than 600 commercial tenants and the Elliott Landing condo complex completed in 2017.

The organization is the parent of YMCA’s located in Gloucester, Beverly, Haverhill, Ipswich, Marblehead, Salem, and Plaistow, New Hampshire. It’s also expanding its affordable housing complex on Cabot Street in Beverly from 45 to 67 units in a $22 million project.

Cummings Properties’ Mary Carroll represented the developer in its lease negotiations with the YMCA.
