The final phase of Alta at Indian Woods, a new $13.5 million Stoughton residential apartment community, has been completed.

The 154-apartment community contains one- and two-bedroom units and one-bedroom units with dens, according to a statement. The apartments range from 710 square feet to 1,041 square feet and are located in three, four-story garden-style buildings.

Site work for the project began in February 2010; the first building was completed in December 2010 and second and third buildings were completed in January. Concord’s Wood Partners was the developer and Manchester, N.H.-based Pro Con Inc. was the architect and general contractor for the project.
