1366 Technologies, a developer of silicon wafer technology for use in manufacturing solar cells, plans move to operations from Lexington to a newly renovated 41,000-square-foot facility in Bedford.

Maynard-based construction management firm JM Coull is handling the  interior renovation of the existing office space to create a new research and development facility that will include laboratories, production facilities and office space. The project is being completed in three phases over the course of 10 months. The project architect is ci design inc., of Boston.
