The Heritage Cos. has sold a 24,500-square-foot retail and office building in Holbrook to ABC Commercial Realty for $3.8 million.

The mixed-use property, built in 2007, is located at 140 North Franklin St. It is leased to multiple tenants including childcare center Children of America.

Neil Denenberg and Jonathan Blacker of Denenberg Realty Advisors brokered the sale.
