Boston-based developer Cabot, Cabot & Forbes plans a 380,000-square-foot multifamily project on Kilmarnock and Queensberry streets in Boston’s Fenway neighborhood.

The developer and joint venture partner CIM Group plan two buildings with 400 housing units at 60, 67-75, 70-80 Kilmarnock and 59-75 Queensbury St. with ground-floor retail. The project would be served by 300 below-grade and surface parking spots, according to a letter to the Boston Planning and Development Agency by Cabot, Cabot & Forbes CEO Jay Doherty.

Cabot, Cabot & Forbes paid $51 million to acquire the four parcels on June 27 from Edward Tutunjian, the former owner of Boston Cab. Tutunjian pled guilty in 2016 to tax evasion and overtime violations.

The project is subject to a BPDA large project review.
