Exeter Realty Capital Partners has purchased a 1.2 million-square-foot suburban industrial portfolio of properties from Colony Realty Partners for $90 million.
The portfolio includes six distribution and flex buildings in Franklin’s Forge Park, and two warehouse facilities in Myles Standish Industrial Park in Taunton.
The properties total 1.2 million square feet and are 91 percent leased to mix of local and national tenants.
