Custom stone flooring from Greek and Turkish quarries adorns the newly updated lobby of Tremont on the Common, a 28-story tower that contains 374 condominiums.

Brookline-based Kaplan Construction oversaw recent interior renovations including installation of high-gloss wood wall panels, fabric ceiling panels and a new concierge desk. The sixth-floor amenity space received a series of updates including new wood pavers on the outdoor deck, a trellis with lighting and wood slate walls in the pool area. Residential corridors were updated with new carpet, wallpaper and lighting fixtures.

Additional project team members included FirstService Residential, architect Visnick & Caulfield, MEP engineer Commercial Construction Consulting Inc. and McNamara & Salvia Structural Engineers.

They Said It:

“Understanding that Tremont on the Common is home to 650 residents, Kaplan’s project team accommodated special requests. Their attention to detail made all the difference and we were able to maintain our original schedule. Our residents are excited to have a gorgeous lobby and get out on the new and improved pool deck this summer.”
