Leominster Industrial Park Sold

Maine-based firm The RAM Cos. scooped up a fully leased, 111,000-square-foot industrial park in Leominster, and will rename it The Leominster Commerce Center.

The four-building industrial park is occupied by several tenants including The Monson Co. and Modern Dispersions. Sale price and seller were not disclosed.

In a press release, RAM Cos.’ Executive Vice President of Acquisitions and Development Brian A. Gagne said the recession allows the firm "to acquire [properties] such as this one that will provide us with good steady cash flow in a strong industrial area. We plan to use our expertise in management to further increase value at this property, as well as any others we acquire this year."
