Related Beal has begun taking reservations for its new luxury residential development under construction in South End, which will include Boston’s first “Dog City” day care and pet spa.

Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, The Harris at 390 Harrison Ave. features interiors by Meyer Davis with an arts-inspired theme. Rents for the 172 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedroom units will start at $3,000.

The property includes 20,000 square feet of amenity spaces, including fitness center, basketball court, fourth-floor lounge and 5,700-square-foot outdoor terrace.

Related Beal partnered with New York-based pet spa chain Dog City on its first Boston location. The company says its pet service offers “unconditional love” as well as daily report cards monitoring pets’ health and behavior.

The Harris also touts an extensive resident services package, including an on-site “lifestyle coordinator” and availability of services ranging from travel planning to refrigerator stocking.
