Boston commercial real estate brokerage FHO Partners has hired a new associate to its corporate advisory services group and promoted a marketing assistant to research analyst in the firm’s corporate services group.

Bill DeLaney has joined the firm as an associate in the corporate advisory services group. DeLaney will be responsible for tenant representation throughout Greater Boston’s 495-North suburban submarket.

Prior to joining FHO Partners, DeLaney worked as a broker associate at Boston Unique Properties. He previously interned at FHO Partners while earning his undergraduate degree in economics at Colorado College.

After serving as a marketing assistant in the corporate advisory services group since 2007, Bethany Bockmann has been promoted to research analyst within FHO’s corporate services group.

In her new role, Bockmann will assist with financial analysis of clients’ corporate leasing options – locally and nationally – for both the corporate advisory services and asset advisory groups. She will also assist with the writing and production of quarterly market reports, maintaining research-related databases, tracking relevant economic, demographic and business market data and providing demographic mapping and analyses.
