Newton REIT Senior Housing Properties Trust has raised its regular quarterly common share dividend by 1 cent to 37 cents per common share.
The next quarterly dividend will be paid to common shareholders of record as of the close of business on Oct. 15, and distributed on or about Nov. 12, according to a statement.
