Two companies have renewed leases totaling about 50,000 square feet at 175 Crossing Blvd. in Framingham.

GTC Biotherapeutics, a developer and producer of therapeutic proteins, agreed to extend its lease of 28,219 square feet.  PP Manufacturing, a specialist in plastic injection molding, renewed its 21,270-square-foot lease for lab and office space.

"We were pleased to assist the owners of the 90/90 Corporate Center during its successful efforts to retain these two key tenants," said Joe Fallon, managing partner at FHO. "175 Crossing Blvd. is an outstanding property and an ideal location for growing businesses like GTC Biotherapeutics and PP Manufacturing to thrive."

175 Crossing Boulevard is located at 9/90 Corporate Center in Framingham, approximately 25 miles west of downtown Boston, near MA Route 9 West. The five-story, multi-tenanted building has a structural steel frame with a brick façade. The entire corporate center totals more than 1 million square feet.

Joe Fallon and Senior Vice President Sue Donovan of FHO Partners’ Corporate Advisory Services Group represented the landlord on both transactions.  Brooks Murphy of Jones Lang LaSalle represented GTC Biotherapeutics, and Chris Tosti of CB Richard Ellis represented PP Manufacturing for each respective transaction.
