Schoepfer Receives Distinguished Service Realtor Award

Thom F. Schoepfer, a realtor with Century 21 Shoreland, was recently named the 2011 recipient of the Charles F. Lockhart Distinguished Service Award by the Cape Cod & Island Association of Realtors.

Recipients of the award are recognized for long-term service and dedication to the Cape Cod & Island Association of Realtors and for their devotion to community service and their demonstration of fairness, integrity and cooperation to their fellow Realtors, according to a statement.

Schoepfer, of Brewster, has more than 21 years of real estate experience. He was recently appointed to the Massachusetts Association of Realtors board of directors for 2011 and 2012.
