Three companies have renewed and expanded leases at 85 Devonshire St. in Boston.
Weston & Sampson, a full-service environmental and infrastructure engineering firm, signed a new lease for 3,650 square feet of space at 85 Devonshire St. The Peabody-based company has offices throughout the Northeast and along the East Coast. The company will occupy the third floor at 85 Devonshire. Chris Lawrence, of Colliers International, represented the tenant in the lease negotiation.
Lattice Engines, a provider of business-to-business sales intelligence software, expanded its footprint at 85 Devonshire St., adding 3,800 square feet of space to its existing 4,410-square-foot lease. The San Mateo, Calif.-based firm now occupies 8,210 square feet of space in the building. Tom Ashe, of Richards Barry Joyce & Partners, represented Lattice Engines in the lease expansion.
Apollo Security, based in Walpole, renewed its lease for 1,200 square feet of space at 85 Devonshire St.
KS Partners is the owner of the 92,160 square-foot office building, which is located in Boston’s Financial District. Tim Bianchi and Jay Driscoll, of Cushman & Wakefield, represented KS Partners in all three transactions.
