Global logistics firm CH Powell Co. has leased 7,488 square feet at 240 McClellan Highway in Boston.
The property, which is close to Logan Airport, is now 100 percent occupied. CH Powell transports cargo, specializing in import and export custom services, integrated logistics and technology solutions.
Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for The Grossman Cos., negotiated the lease for the owner, 230-240 McClellan Highway LLC.
