Flavor Extract Firm Moves to Danvers Property

A French manufacturer of extracts and flavorings has moved into a new North American headquarters at 48 Dunham Ridge in Danvers.

Prova Inc. manufactures vanilla, coffee and cocoa flavorings. The company plans to use the 14,000-square-foot facility for product development and client samplings, landlord Cummings Properties said.

The buildout includes exposed ceilings and suspended LED fixtures, custom vinyl wall banners and a balcony overlooking neighboring conservation land and Norwood Pond.

Cummings Properties vice president Steve Drohosky represented ownership in the lease negotiation.

Existing tenants at the 54-acre campus include Harmonic Drive, Microline Surgical, spmd, System 7 Wolfers, and GreenBananaSEO.
