AB Logistics Leases 4.5K SF In East Boston

AB Logistics has leased 4,512 square feet of space in East Boston.

The space will be used for the company’s air freight/logistics businesses at 240 McClellan Highway (Rte. 1A). The location is one of the closest to the main gate of Boston’s Logan International Airport.

Richard McKinnon, director of brokerage services for the Quincy-based Grossman Cos. Inc., represented the landlord, 230-240 McClellan Highway LLC. Stephen Nohrden, vice president of Malden-based Burgess Properties Inc., represented the tenant.

The new lease means that 7,488 square feet are still available at 240 McClellan Highway. The balance of the facility includes seven loading docks, 18-foot ceilings and a 47-foot clear span.
