Boston-based Admirals Bank has purchased four of New Jersey-based Investors Bancorp Inc.’s Massachusetts offices.
The sale was completed on May 6, according to a statement. The branches, acquired from Millennium bcpbank on Oct. 15, 2010, had deposits of approximately $65 million, and were sold for a premium of 0.11 percent.
