Agricultural Co. Leases 22K SF In Franklin

20 Liberty Way, Franklin Agrium Advanced Technologies (Agrium AT), a manufacturer and marketer of controlled-release fertilizers and micronutrients, has leased 21,700 square feet in Franklin Industrial Park at 20 Liberty Way in Franklin.

The Franklin location will serve as a new distribution center for Agrium AT, according to a statement. The company expects to move into the new location in March.

Associate Christopher Decembrele of Colliers International represented Agrium AT in the lease transaction. Ellison Patten, vice president, negotiated the transaction on behalf of the landlord, Lincoln Property Co.

Franklin Industrial Park, which sits on 300 acres, is a 97,146-square-foot mixed warehouse and office space.
