Albany Road Buys New Hampshire Complex With $43.7M Citizens Loan

Albany Road Real Estate Partners recently purchased a 300,000-square-foot complex in New Hampshire that included tenants like Timberland and Liberty Mutual. Citizens Bank financed the deal with a $43.7 million loan.

The two-building property is located at 100 and 200 Domain Drive in Exeter and Stratham. Albany Road Real Estate Partners owns and manages more than $550 million of commercial real estate, including office, retail and industrial properties. The company was formed in 2012 and is headquartered in Boston and Nashville.

“We were very happy to work with the Albany Road Real Estate Partners team on this deal and look forward to continuing to work with them in the future,” Gary Magnuson, executive vice president and head of commercial real estate finance at Citizens Bank, said in a statement.
