A new 93-unit apartment development in Cambridge’s Alewife section is fully leased just three months after the completion of the project by Nauset Construction.

The Park 77 complex at 77 New St. contains units ranging from 595 to 1,265 square feet equipped with plank flooring and triple-pane acoustic windows.

Located across from Danehy Park, the 96,000-square-foot building was designed by Boston-based Piatt Associates and developed by Acorn Holdings LLC. Common area amenities include a gas grill-equipped terrace, multimedia and meeting rooms, a sky lounge and roof deck.

Construction was completed in May and reached the 100 percent leasing milestone in under three months, developers said in an announcement.

Nauset and Acorn Ventures previously partnered on two other multifamily projects in Cambridge: the 37-unit 7 Cameron in 2012 and the under construction St. James Place, a 46-unit condo project in Porter Square.
