Dede Amaral has joined the staff of Jack Conway’s Mattapoisett sales office.

"I researched the top producing real estate offices in my area, and Jack Conway Co. was No. 1," said Amaral, an experienced sales agent and former South Coast business owner. "I was also referred to the company by some good friends who work in the Conway-Sandwich office, so the decision was an easy one."

For the past nine years, Amaral has lived in Palm Beach, Fla., where she was a gold top producer with Illustrated Properties, a realty firm specializing in luxury homes. She continues to maintain her Florida real estate license and plans to work there during the "snowbird months."

After moving back to her native Massachusetts this spring, she joined the team at Conway-Mattapoisett where manager Karen Almeida welcomed her aboard.

"I’m thrilled that Dede has decided to work with us," said Almeida. "She is a real estate pro who puts the needs of her clients above all else, and her reputation precedes her."

Before relocating to Florida in 2003, Amaral lived in Sandwich for many years. She owned and operated a Marion boatyard and several other South Coast businesses. She lives in Mattapoisett with her husband Gregg.
