A 327,237-square-foot suburban warehouse leased to Amazon and two other distribution tenants has been acquired by Boston-based Cabot Properties for $33.6 million.
Strategically located near the intersection of Interstate 495 and Route 109, the property at 12 Industrial Road in Milford is 94 percent leased to the e-commerce leader along with distributor Anixter and Green Mattress.
Newmark Knight Frank’s capital markets group represented the seller, Colony Capital.
“The asset benefits from the ‘e-commerce effect,’ in which a supply chain shift toward same-day deliveries is driving demand for ‘last-mile’ logistics facilities near major population centers,” Executive Managing Director Matthew Pullen said in a statement.
